We never upload your files. No accounts, analytics, or ads are currently enabled.
Your PDFs stay in your browser
Merge PDF at mergepdf.win processes selected PDFs on your device. Our code does not send file names, sizes, page counts, or contents to a server, log them, or save them in browser storage or cookies.
Clearing the list or leaving releases the tool’s references to files and output; it does not securely erase device memory. Your originals and downloads stay under your control. Your browser may cache site code and remember downloads.
Website requests
Cloudflare Pages hosts this site. It may process IP addresses, browser headers, URLs, and timestamps for delivery, security, and operational logs. These requests are separate from local PDF processing. No email is needed to use the tool.
Email & privacy requests
Messages to hello@mergepdf.win pass through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s inbox. Cloudflare, the destination mail provider, and the operator process what you send to handle your message. Do not send PDFs, passwords, or sensitive documents.
Use that address for access, correction, deletion, objection, or other applicable privacy requests. The operator must review requests under applicable law, including complaint rights. Email and log retention periods and the destination mail provider still need operator review. We cannot retrieve PDFs from previous sessions.
If advertising is enabled later
Google AdSense and other ad vendors may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, IP addresses, and browsing information to deliver, measure, and personalize ads. Third-party ad code can run on the page. Our merge code still does not upload PDFs.
Before enabling ads in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, the operator must configure a Google-certified consent platform, disclose the enabled vendors, and test consent and withdrawal controls. Content must remain available without accepting consent. This site has no custom consent banner.
Google explains its practices in its Privacy Policy and advertising information. Choices include My Ad Center, YourAdChoices, and Your Online Choices. Availability varies. Browser settings can limit cookies; clearing cookies may reset choices. Refusing personalized ads does not necessarily stop all ad storage or requests.
Changes & international processing
Processing locations depend on the hosting, email, and any future ad vendors. This policy must be updated when those practices change.
